Group Classes
HIIT & Conditioning
$28/classHigh-intensity interval training combining cardio and bodyweight or kettlebell work. Designed to burn fat and build work capacity. No equipment needed. All levels welcome.
Strength Foundations
$28/classBarbell-focused class covering squat, hinge, push, and pull. Learn to lift safely with progressive overload. Suitable for beginners through to intermediate lifters.
Recovery & Mobility
$22/classDeep tissue foam rolling, joint mobility, and guided stretching. Reduces soreness, improves range of motion, and pairs perfectly with any training program.
