Barbell-focused class covering squat, hinge, push, and pull. Learn to lift safely with progressive overload. Suitable for beginners through to intermediate lifters.

Deep tissue foam rolling, joint mobility, and guided stretching. Reduces soreness, improves range of motion, and pairs perfectly with any training program.
